Coformycin og 2'-deoxycoformycin (pentostatin) er to naturligt forekommende antitumor antibiotika, som hæmmer enzymet adenosin deaminase meget kraftigt. Hæmmerkonstanterne ligger mellem 10^-11 og 10^-13 M. Forbindelserne er isoleret fra bakterien Streptomyces antibioticus.
